The Role: A Strategic Mission for the Future using AI

Your mission will be to work with our clients to design and implement cutting-edge AI/ML and data solutions. You will build robust, scalable data pipelines and deploy predictive models, focusing on engineering excellence and strategic business impact. You will be a transformation agent, utilizing cloud and MLOps technologies to move clients from raw data to sophisticated, real-time AI capabilities. 

Areas of Expertise

Data Readiness and Solutions Architecture:

• Lead the technical implementation and onboarding of core data and cloud platforms, such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and BigQuery. 
• Design detailed Feature Stores and event taxonomies to ensure robust data collection for ML models. 
• Implement and support solutions for data governance and quality, ensuring compliance with privacy standards.
• Solve complex technical challenges, including data unification, real-time feature delivery, and model serving. 

Technical Leadership in AI/ML Solutions: 

• Serve as the technical expert for MLOps frameworks and cloud AI platforms (e.g., Vertex AI), leading the full model deployment lifecycle. 
• Design and deploy custom machine learning pipelines (e.g., recommender systems, NLP classification) and integrate them into client business processes. 
• Provide strategic guidance on optimizing the AI/ML solution stack configuration to drive business value and efficiency. 
• Understands Business needs and translates it properly into cost effective AI solutions.

Strategic Analysis and Value Generation:

• Transform data into business intelligence, generating insights and strategic recommendations for publishers. 
• Create and optimize executive dashboards in tools like Looker Studio. 
• Communicate with high-level stakeholders to present analyses and advocate for recommendations. 

Excellence in Technical Support and Consulting:

• Act as the escalation point for high-complexity technical inquiries regarding setup, data quality, and performance. 
• Diagnose and resolve issues through data pipeline monitoring and log analysis. 
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and bottlenecks to ensure the health of client data operations. 

The Profile We Are Looking For

We are seeking a professional capable of translating business requirements into technical architecture and raw data into strategic insights.

Essential Fundamentals:

• Experience: Mid-level to Senior (Pleno/Sênior) in Data Engineering, AI/ML Solutions, or Web Analytics. 
• Python Mastery: Deep knowledge of data processing libraries (e.g., Pandas, Spark) and ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow). 
• BigQuery/SQL Expertise: Solid experience with large-scale data warehousing and feature engineering.
• Client-Facing DNA: Previous experience in technical client-facing roles (Solutions Engineer, ML Engineer, etc.).
• Platform Mastery: Proficiency in cloud data platforms (GCP preferred) and MLOps principles. 
• Soft Skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts, structured problem-solving, and a proactive mindset.

High-Impact Differentials: 

• Experience with Vector Databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). 
• Understanding of the Cloud AI Ecosystem 
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ML models (MLOps). 
• Familiarity with Docker for deployment and scaling.
